Patient Partners : About : Can Do Cancer

Each individual who enrolls will be matched with a Patient Partner. All of our Patient Partners are cancer survivors. They know and understand what patients are going through. Patient Partners meet with patients in-person initially to answer questions and distribute patient materials.

If a patient signs up for motivational support, the Patient Partner will be a resource throughout the duration of chemotherapy. They listen, share insights and provide emotional and motivational support. Patients choose how frequently they want their Patient Partners to check-in on them.
